The buffer solution is made of 10 mM Tris and 1 mM EDTA (pH 8.0) with 4% mercaptoethanol. DNA was stained with YOYO with 6 to 1 ratio of DNA base pairs to YOYO molecules. DNA solution was diluted until tens of molecules are seen in the scope view.
