    • The same consideration requires that we use GaMnSb for the ferromagnetic material rather than InMnAs, since the lower valence-band maximum of InMnAs would again lead to full depletion of the QW unless the GaSb and A1Sb thicknesses are increased to a point where exchange interactions between electrons in the QW and Mn ions in the ferromagnet become insignificant.
