    • Differing modes of tumour cell invasion have distinct requirements for Rho/ROCK signalling and extracellular proteolysis
    • Together with [59-61], this paper shows how ROCK causes cortical actin polymerization and rounding in previously mesenchymal cells. This implicates ROCK in transition of migration modes and induction of amoeboid shape. Together with [65], this paper further shows how the amoeboid escape can be blocked by combining ROCK and MMP inhibitors.
