    • During the preparation of this manuscript Harada and co-workers reported an excellent cyclodextrin-initiated bulk ROP of δ-valerolactone (δ-VL). The soluble β-cyclodextrins were heated in bulk δ-VL over 48 h, and poly(δ-VL) was produced in good yield: Y. Takashima, M. Osaki, A. Harada, J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2004, 126, 13588.
