    • Molecular modeling was implemented in Sybyl 6.8 using Tripos force field. Available minimum-energy conformations were obtained by using the molecular mechanics random search method. All calculations were performed on a Silicon Graphics Octane 2 workstation. Conditions of calculation is as follows: RMS is 0.05, maximum cycle is 1000, maximum probability is 6.
