    • Live cell assays were performed at Amersham Biosciences, Molecular Cell Biology Department, The Maynard Centre, Cardiff, Wales. Stable cell lines expressing GFP-tagged proteins (Figs 3 and 5) were produced by Amersham Biosciences in collaboration with BioImage A/S. BioImage A/S is a Danish biotech company specializing in developing drug candidates that exert their activity through modulation of protein translocation.
