    • The two SP units are not symmetrically attached to the fluorescein unit in dyad 1. Thus, under the action of UV light irradiation and acid, there exist seven possible states for dyad 1: SP-Flu-SP, ME-Flu-SP, MEH-Flu-SP, SP-Flu-ME, SP-Flu-MEH, ME-Flu-ME, and MEH-Flu-MEH.
