38. e's are calculated using Hall resistance measured in the same sweep direction and rate. A systematic error in the absolute value does not affect the discussion.

40. Some of the features mentioned here are very small. However they reproduce among several sweeps including up sweeps and down sweeps for both I=2 and 5 nA and well distinguishable from random noises.
41. CDW≃5l.
