    • Clonally derived human embryonic stem cell lines maintain pluripotency and proliferative potential for prolonged periods of culture
    • To achieve consistency in producing a therapeutic dose of cells for transplantation, it may be very important to use clonally derived ES cells as a source for the cell transplants. This work shows that clonally derived ES cells maintain the pluripotency and proliferative potential needed for success.
