Off-axis scans reveal GBCO [100] (and PBCO [100])IISTO [100], as well as epitaxial growth of tetragonal PZT (001) on GBCO (001), with PZT [100]IIGBCO [100]. Rocking curves taken around the 005 reflection of PBCO and GBCO have typical full widths at half maximum (FWHM) of ∼0.09°, and rocking curves taken around the 001 reflection of PZT have a typical FWHM of ∼0.6°.
