13. 2. Sodium chlorate (50 mM; Sigma) was added concurrent with the cytokine treatment. Labeling of cells with mAbs or FL-hyaluronan for flow cytometry was as described (74). Cells were analyzed on a FACScan flow cytometer (Berton Dickinson) using Lysis II software.
