    • A role for Bruton's tyrosine kinase in B cell antigen receptor-mediated activation of phospholipase C-γ2

Using Btk-deficient DT40 B cells, the authors demonstrate that BCR-induced PLC-γ2 activation is abolished in this mutant cell, suggesting that PLC-γ2 may be one of the targets of Btk in BCR signaling. In addition, this paper shows that BCR-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of cellular proteins is completely abolished in Lyn/Syk doubly deficient DT40 cells.
