note
-
Note that the onset of the super-bandgap SPV occurs at a photon energy which is ∼0.05 eV lower than its normal band gap. This phenomenon is well-known in SPV spectra and is due to a combination of the Franz-Keldysh effect and absorption in band-tail states (see Ref. 3).

note
-
The small, abrupt CPD change at 1.13 eV is not due to a surface state, but is caused by a change in an optical filter at that photon energy.
