    • At distances smaller than 0.5 μm, we observe a significant deviation of our data from the theoretical curve, which likely arises from the limited spatiotemporal resolution of our microscope. Over the image acquisition time of 250 ms, the fast fluctuations of the polymers at short wavelengths are effectively washed out, leading a lower value in the TTCF. Another possible source of discrepancy is that the spatial resolution of the microscope is smaller than the Odijk deflection length.
