49. There is already a set of rules that point to the specific biological, chemical, physical, ergonometric risks at work and many solutions are presented as well. However, when applying those officially suggested solutions special care is required in their application to the cooperative recycling sector, possibly requiring the definition of new rules and specific methods that are adjusted to the specific circumstances of recycling cooperatives. Many of the risks we present in our study have already been recognized, e.g., under the rules # 5 and # 9 of the Health Secretariat of the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
