    • The cell cycle and dying cells were analyzed as described previously (Tate, C. R.; Rhodes, L. V.; Segar, H. C.; Driver, J. L.; Pounder, F. N.; Burow, M. E.; Collins-Burow, B. M. Breast Cancer Res. 2012, 14, R79). Briefly, the cells with or without the drug treatment were fixed with EtOH and the nuclear DNA were labeled by propidium iodide. The cells with different DNA amount were analyzed by FACS Calibur (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA).
