    • The authors note that MacFarlane and co-workers have reported on a correction to the Walden plot that accounts for the difference in ion size between the reference and the IL (ref. 66). This correction is equivalent to moving the reference KCl ideal line. The adjusted Walden plot was not employed here but this would not influence the ionicity trend observed for the ILs studied here
