    • Stereoisomers of the oximes in 2, 4, 6, and 7 were not separable (E/Z=4:1). Additionally, 5- and 6-TAMRA regioisomers resulted from the aminooxy-TAMRA reagent. These isomers were separable by HPLC but were used as mixtures for biochemical studies.
