    • In this randomized control trial, the authors evaluated the rate of endothelial cell loss after phacoemulsification compared to the rate of endothelial cell loss after manual small-incision cataract surgery, a common procedure in India and developing countries. They demonstrated no clinical or statistical difference between the two groups
