16. 11 Data were collected with an LCQ Deca XP ion trap instrument with nanospray source. The sample was introduced using a glass capillary with 2 μm tip diameter. Electrospray ionisation was performed by direct contact between a stainless steel electrode at 1.1 kV and the sample inside the glass capillary.
