    • EQE is the ratio between the number of electrons generated by the device and the number of photons impinging it. For every wavelength (λ), the photocurrent density generated by the sample I (λ) and the lamp power density P (λ) are measured and used as follows: EQE (%) =100 [hcI (λ)] [λP (λ) q] -1 where c is the speed of light, h is the Planck constant, and q is the electronic charge.
