    • 2O (50 μl) and subjected to HPLC (Shimadzu LC-10 AS) purification using a C18 column (COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II, 4.6 × 150 mm, Nacalai Tesque) at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min with isocratic 95% MeOH/water system as an eluent. The fraction was collected every 30 s (400 μl) and the radioactivity was measured by γ-counting system (COBRA™ II, Packard). The strong radioactive fractions, corresponding to a retention time of DANA (14.7 min), were combined and concentrated using vacuum-centrifugal evaporator (Fig. S1).
