2 (24 hours), after which aqueous DMSO solutions of each compound (10 μl, with a constant final DMSO concentration of 0.2%) were plated at various concentrations. After a 48 hour incubation period, MTT (10 μl) solution was added to each well. After further 4 hour incubation, solubilisation solution (100 μl) was added to each well, and plates were incubated overnight. Plates were read at 595 nm using a BioTek microplate reader.
