    • This investigation demonstrates that invasively assessed decreased CFR (< 2.32) is associated with increased risk of major adverse clinical events, including death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, and heart failure hospitalization. Prediction of events is improved over risk assessment by consideration of CAD severity and other risk conditions and is maintained in patients with chest pain and no obstructive CAD
