J Child Adolesc Psychopharmacol 2008, 18:595-605. This review examined neurocognitive performance in pediatric bipolar disorder and found that bipolar disorder is associated with similar patterns of performance in youths and adults, with moderate deficits on most tasks and the largest changes in verbal memory tasks.
