25. 2 and is isolated from the EBIT vacuum with a 0.025-mm Be window. The intrinsic efficiency of the detector is approximately 100% from 3 to 100 keV. However, it drops down to about 50% for a small energy range around 12 keV due to the Ge K-shell absorption edge. At the moment of the measurement, the detector was as close as 10 cm away from the trap center and hence, the geometrical efficiency was approximately 0.08%. The acquisition time was for 1800 s.
