    • The DSC measurement was performed with a Perkin Elmer DSC 8500 instrument in the temperature range 80-1000 K in argon atmosphere with a heating rate of 2 K/min. The powder sample was placed in a corundum crucible. The only anomaly was observed above 850 K and could be assigned to the decomposition of (CuCl ) LaNb2 O7.
