2O (0.11 g), pyrazine-2, 3-dicarboxylic acid (0.25 g), three drops of ethylenediamine, deionized water (10 mL) was stirred for 30 min and then sealed in a 23 mL Teflon reactor and heated at 150 °C for 72 h. Coulorless block crystals of 1 were obtained, which were washed with water and dried in air with a 22% yield based on Zn. Elemental Anal. Calcd. (%) for it: C, 34.21; H, 1.75; N, 15.35; O, 27.81. Found: C, 34.28; H, 1.80; N, 15.01; O, 27.92.

note
-
2 = 0.0832. The intensity data were collected on a Bruker SMART APEXII CCD diffractometer using Mo Kα radiation (λ = 0.71073 Å) at room temperature. The structure was solved by the direct method and refined by the fullmatrix least-squares method on F2 using the shelxtl crystallographic software package.
