The cesium coverage was calibrated by monitoring the work-function decrease during evaporation at room temperature. We followed a procedure described in Ref. and references therein, especially Refs.. We assigned the transition from linear to nonlinear work-function decrease to a coverage of 0.4 ML and assumed a linear behavior of the cesium coverage with respect to the work function below 0.4 ML.
