17. Derivative 7 was submitted to semipreparative HPLC to give the separated enantiomers by using a chiral column chiralpak AD-H 5 μm, 250 × 21 mm, eluent A: n-hexane; B: ethanol + 1% isopropylamine. Gradient isocratic 40% B. Flow rate 6 mL/min. Detection UV at 254 nm.
