    • The TB parameters are taken to be doping independent in the spirit of a rigid band picture. A more realistic treatment of the doping dependence of the electronic states (see, e.g., Refs. [37,38,39] ) was not undertaken. However, we expect the rigid band model to be a good approximation for doping away from the Cu-O planes.
