    • It may be difficult to satisfy requirements on both α2X and α Xλ simultaneously in an experiment. A simpler situation arises when we take ω=δω/2 and introduce a frequency window of width w ( Γβ δω ) centered at frequency ω̄ = ω Xh ,0 +δω/2. In this case, we find C=1 for α Xh = α Xv =α and arbitrary α2X ,α. The efficiency in this case is slightly reduced ( η reaches a maximum of η=0.11 for α= α2X /2=1.8), but it should be possible to significantly enhance this value by coupling to a cavity mode at frequency ω̄
