    • 3H]-histamine dihydrochloride (GE Healthcare), 25 μg human H4 receptor expressing membranes (Euroscreen) and 0.75 mg SPA beads (GE Healthcare) in a total volume of 200 μl. Non-specific binding was determined in the presence of 4 μM histamine dihydrochloride (Sigma-Aldrich). Plates were counted using a Microbeta scintillation counter (Perkin-Elmer).
