    • Cell cycle analysis protocol. MV4;11 cell were grown in 24-well plates (500,000 cells per well) and treated with compounds for 48 h. Cells were then fixed and stained with propidium iodide (Sigma) and subjected to flow cytometry using FACSCalibur™ (BD Biosciences). Data were analyzed by CellQuest Pro (BD Biosciences).
