    • The reproducibility of spectroscopic data observed both on the same crystalline sample and on crystals obtained from different crystallisation batches excludes both photodecomposition and instrumental artefacts. Moreover in order to check the eventual loss of solvent from the crystalline structures during the measurements with a consequent change of morphology and photophysical properties, the same measurements were performed on the pristine solvent free powder of complex 1 obtaining the same behaviour
