    • Metabolic stability in liver microsomes: 5 μM compound was incubated at 37 °C in 1 mg/mL human or rat microsomes supplemented with 1.5 mM glucose-6-phosphate, 0.16 mM β-nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate, 1 U/mL glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, 250 mM phosphate buffer, 2.4 mM magnesium chloride and 69 mM potassium chloride. Concentrations of the test compound were determined by LC-MS/MS. Metabolic stability was calculated from the ratio of the test compound concentration at 0 min to its concentration after15-min incubation.
