    • Characterization of the limbal epithelial stem cell niche: novel imaging techniques permit in vivo observation and targeted biopsy of limbal epithelial stem cells
    • The authors identify novel candidate niche structures in the human limbus using state of the art imaging techniques. Their results indicate that targeted biopsies may improve the stem cell yield and increase success in the development of novel adult stem cell therapies for ocular repair.

    • A contact lens-based technique for expansion and transplantation of autologous epithelial progenitors for ocular surface reconstruction
