    • Evidence for HIV-associated B cell exhaustion in a dysfunctional memory B cell compartment in HIV-infected viremic individuals
    • This study identifies tissue-like memory cells as a major B-cell subset in HIV-infected patients. These cells, which are enriched for HIV specificity, have functional defects including poor in-vitro proliferation and a truncated history of cell divisions and somatic hypermutation.
