    • The uncertanity in the binding energy includes the 95% confidence interval for the Lorentzian least-squares fitting parameters and the uncertainty in the frequency resolution of the scanned coordinate, which is related to the spectral dispersion over one pixel of the 2D spatial light modulator (SLM).
