    • -1 in 2.5 mM Tris (2-carboxylethyl)phosphine HCl, 5 mM HEPES pH 8.0, diluted 1: 1 with well solution comprising 0.1 M 2-(N-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid (MES) buffer pH 7.1, 0.2 M NaBr, 14% polyethylene glycol 3350. Crystals were soaked in well solution containing 10 mM 2 for 45 min, and then harvested into nylon fibre loops and frozen as previously (ref. 18). Data were collected on Diamond beamline I03. Model building was performed using COOT
