The oily insoluble organic material in both aqueous and organic solvent was decanted from a 3 layer system, and led to pure triBOC spermine as its hydrochloride salt, without chromatographic separation, with an overall yield of 66%. The analogue triZ spermine was obtained according to the same treatment.
