    • Extrapolating the excitation density dependence shown in Fig. 1(c), we can determine the exciton transition energy of 1.164 eV without the band-bending effect. A fast decay appears at 1.285 eV as shown in Fig. 2(a). Therefore, the blue-shift of 120 meV was caused by the band-bending.
