Fujita, Polym. J. 1983, 15, 87) described, Rh increases with increasing the concentration and/or water content. The increased Rh can be described to increased number of the chains in one particle. Polynucleotides are highly soluble, and thus, when they are incorporated into the particle as a complex, they should increase the solubility of the particle, which decreases Rh.
