The amount of SLF on PEGA resin (5e) is indicated as μmol per 1 mg of dry PEGA resin (μmol/mg), whereas the amount of SLF on AffiGel (5i) is indicated as μmol per 1 mL of wet AffiGel (μmol/mL). To compare the amount of SLF on 5e with that on 5i, the unit of the amount of SLF on 5e is converted from μmol/ mg into μmol/mL according to the calculation described in Experimental Procedures.
