    • Fluorescentmicroscopy measurements overestimate the size of aggregates, which is caused by the blurring effect of fluorescent image because of the resolution limit of fluorescent microscopy (see refs. 56 and 58). Thus, the apparent vesicle sizes in Figures 7(a) and 8(b) are much larger than those in Figures 7(b) and 8(d), respectively.
