45. 2 was added dropwise to the flask over 2 min. After being stirred at 0 °C for 10 min, the mixture was gently warmed to room temperature and stirred overnight. Solvent was evaporated in vacuo and the residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel to afford the product.
