    • The delocalization via the long-range Coulomb interaction is given by the modified Bessel function K0 (qE x), where qE = k0 E/2 E0 is the characteristic wave number, i.e., for the FeL edge and 200 keV primary electron energy qE =4.4/nm. The FWHM of the delocalization function is 0.08 nm, and the 10% level is at 0.6 nm (Ref.).
