Experimental details are available as Supporting Information. Complex 1 can be prepared typically by the following procedure: Co(CH3COO) 2·4H2O (0.4 mmol, Na2MoO 4·2H2O (4.4 mmol, Na2HPO 4·12H2O (0.4 mmol, and C3H 4N2 (1.8 mmol) were dissolved in 20 mL of distilled water. After the pH was adjusted to 3.5 by 4 mol·L-1 HCl, an excess of CO2 was bubbled through the stirred red mixture for 4 h. The resulting filtrate was transferred into a beaker of 50 mL. Evaporation of the solvent at room temperature generates the crystals of 1 yield 33% based on Mo
