19. We measured five Y-junction samples for this study with α ranging from approximately 2.1 to 2.4 for positive bias and 1.4 to 1.6 for negative bias.

22. The-Y-junctions likely consist of a mixture of semiconducting and metallic shells. However, in our measurements all shells are contacted (not just the exterior) and thus the metallic (or lower resistance) shells will dominate the observed I-V characteristics.
23. Electron diffraction and high-resolution microscopy of the Y junctions showed they primarily consist of disordered lamellar walls.
