    • Note that at 4.2 K Nb and Pb are superconducting and so the superconducting excess current modifies the measurement of the conductance, G=I/U. However, we have found that this effect is hardly noticeable on the rather smooth histograms, and similar histograms were measured at higher bias voltage (30-40 mV) or at higher temperature (T=10 K) in the normal state.
